On the 18th of February, a group of dealers for the Servis Long March brand were given the opportunity to visit the SLM factory and witness firsthand the process of how their tyres are made. This behind-the-scenes view of the factory allowed the dealers to gain a deeper understanding of the production process and to see the quality control measures that are in place.
The factory visit started with an introduction by the factory manager, who provided a brief overview of the company’s history, products, and processes. The dealers were then taken on a guided tour of the factory floor, where they observed the various stages of tyre production. They saw the raw materials being received, the mixing process, and the extrusion and molding of the tyres. The dealers were also shown the intricate steps involved in assembling and testing the finished tires before they are ready for distribution.
During the visit, the dealers were able to ask questions and clarify any doubts they had about the manufacturing process. They were impressed with the level of precision and attention to detail involved in making each tyre, which reinforced their confidence in the quality of SLM products.
After the factory tour, the dealers were taken to a conference room, where they were able to meet with the SLM team and discuss any issues or concerns they had regarding the company’s products or services. The dealers were also given a presentation on upcoming projects and plans for the company, and they were encouraged to provide feedback and suggestions.
Overall, the factory visit was an excellent opportunity for the dealers to gain a better understanding of the manufacturing process and quality control measures of the SLM brand. It also gave them the chance to meet and interact with the SLM team and provide valuable feedback. The visit reinforced the dealers’ confidence in the SLM brand and its commitment to producing high-quality tyres.
