Jin Yongsheng
Chairman / Non-Executive Director
Mr. Jin Yongsheng holds an Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) degree and has a postgraduate academic background in business management.
Mr. Jin Yongsheng is a seasoned industrial leader with over three decades of senior management experience in large-scale manufacturing enterprises. Currently, he is also serving as the Chairman of Chaoyang Long March Tyre Co. Ltd, which is a leading TBR tyre manufacturing organisation in China.
As the Chairman of the Board of Service Long March Tyres Limited, Mr. Jin Yongsheng provides strategic direction and governance oversight to the Company. He plays a key role in aligning the strategic objectives of the joint venture partners, guiding long-term expansion initiatives, and strengthening technical and operational collaboration between Pakistan and China. His leadership experience encompasses corporate strategy, industrial operations, financial stewardship, and institutional governance within the tyre manufacturing sector.
Mr. Yongsheng has received provincial-level honour in Liaoning Province, including the “Top Ten Outstanding Accountants in Liaoning Province” (2010), the “May 1st Labor Medal” (2016), and “The Most Beautiful Community Caregiver” honorary title (2016), in recognition of his professional and community contributions.
Omar Saeed
CEO / Executive Director
Mr. Omar Saeed graduated with high honours from Brown University, and did his Master’s in Business Administration from Harvard Business School. He is the Chief Executive Officer of Service Long March Tyres Limited and Servis Foundation. Mr. Saeed also serves as a Director on the Boards of Nestlé Pakistan Limited, Systems Limited, Service Industries Limited (SRVI), The Hunar Foundation, and Shalamar Hospital.
He previously served as the Chief Executive Officer of Service Industries Limited (from 2011 to 2018). Under his stewardship, SIL won the prestigious ”Pakistan Stock Exchange Top 25 Companies Award” multiple times.
Mr. Saeed is a serial entrepreneur and has established multiple businesses for the Servis Group over the past 20 years. His international experience includes working in Silicon Valley, establishing a manufacturing company in Sri Lanka, and setting up a retail company in Kenya.
He has recently been appointed as the Chairman of the Export Development Fund, a government entity tasked with supporting export-oriented industries in the country.
Zhang Xingyou
Director & Chief Marketing Officer
Mr. Zhang Xingyou is a graduate of Zhengzhou University, Henan, China, with a Bachelor’s degree in International Business, providing him a strong foundation in global trade and cross-border commercial operations. He has over 25 years of specialised experience in the tyre industry, primarily in the All-Steel Radial segment.
Before joining SLM, he held key leadership positions at Chaoyang Long March Tyre Co. Ltd., China, including Head of International Trading Department, where he expanded the "Long March" brand into over 140 countries, and Sales Representative, where he gained experience in domestic sales and supply chain logistics.
Since his appointment as a Director and CMO at SLM, Mr. Zhang has played a pivotal role in operationalising the joint venture. His contributions include adapting Chinese manufacturing standards to the Pakistani commercial vehicle market, establishing SLM’s nationwide dealers’ network, driving export growth, and leading the launch of TBR and LTR tyres, positioning SLM as the sole domestic manufacturer in these high-value categories.
Arif Saeed
Non-Executive Director
Mr. Arif Saeed graduated from the University of Oxford. He currently serves as the Chairman of Service Global Footwear Limited, the Chief Executive Officer of Service Industries Limited and Service Tyres (Private) Limited. He is a Director of Service Long March Tyres Limited, Service Retail (Private) Limited and Servis Foundation.
He is the founding Chairman of Quaid-e-Azam Solar Power (Private) Limited, Quaid-e-Azam Thermal Power (Private) Limited, and the National Power Parks Management Company (Private) Limited, successfully overseeing the establishment of four fast-track power projects in the public sector. He has served as Chairman of the All-Pakistan Textile Mills Association (APTMA) and the Lahore Stock Exchange.
Mr. Saeed is currently the President of the Pakistan Olympic Association. He is the founder of the Pakistan Rugby Union, currently serving as its Chairman, and has been a Director of the Pakistan Cricket Board.
Mr. Saeed is a member of the Board of Governors of Aitchison College and Divisional Public School, Lahore. He is the Chairman of the recently established Daanish University Trust, Chairman of Pakistan Revenue Automation (Private) Limited (PRAL) and an Independent Director on the Board of Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL).
Hassan Javed
Non-Executive Director
Mr. Hassan Javed is a qualified leather technologist from Nene College, United Kingdom, and a shoe technologistfrom ISMS School, Czech Republic. He is the Chief Executive Officer of Service Global Footwear (SGFL).
Mr. Javed has served Service Industries in various capacities, most notably as Resident Director, Gujrat, for more than fifteen years. He has also served as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Gujranwala Electric Power Company. He currently serves as a Director of Standard Spinning Mills (Private) Limited and has previously served as the Chairman of the Pakistan Footwear Manufacturers Association.
Under his leadership, Service Global Footwear has established a joint venture with a leading Chinese company for the export of athletic footwear from Pakistan.
He was awarded the Tamgha-i-Imtiaz by the President of Pakistan in recognition of his being the largest exporter of footwear in 2024.
Ahmed Javed
Non-Executive Director
Chaudhry Ahmed Javed got his education from Saint Anthony and FC College, Lahore. He served as the Chairman of Service Industries Limited from 2011 to 2023. He served Service Sales Corporation as the Chief Executive Officer. He has also worked for a decade in National Fertilizer Marketing Limited in Marketing Department.
ms. Yu Haili
Non-Executive Director
Ms. Yu Haili is a specialist in Chemical Technology, graduated from Liaoyang Petrochemical College, China. She has over 30 years of experience in technical management and R&D within the tyre industry, having held senior positions at Liaoning Tyre Group and Chaoyang Long March Tyre Co. Ltd., including Deputy General Manager, Technical Management, and Director of Structural Office. She began her career as a Formula & Structure Design Engineer, focusing on chemical formulation and structural design for all-steel radial tyres.
As SLM’s Director, Ms. Yu oversees the technology transfer process, ensuring SLM’s facility maintains the parent plant’s rigorous R&D standards. Her expertise in tyre formula design and structural engineering supports product development tailored to Pakistan’s conditions.
Recognised globally for her technical leadership, she has received the National "Ten Thousand Talents Project" award, the National Model Worker title, and other accolades, reinforcing SLM’s commitment to product excellence and innovation.
Sun Xiaoguang
Non-Executive Director
Mr. Sun Xiaoguang holds a specialised qualification in Fishery Administration and Harbour Superintendence from Dalian Fisheries College, China, providing a strong foundation in regulatory administration, logistics, and compliance-driven operations.
He has over 20 years of experience in transportation, investment management, industrial operations and administrative governance.
As a Director of SLM, Mr. Xiaoguang plays a key role in governance and strategic oversight. He ensures alignment between the Chinese facilities structure and SLM’s facility, supports the technology transfer of All-Steel Radial tyres, oversees supply chain and logistics optimisation, and brings global best practices to operations. His contributions reinforce SLM’s position as Pakistan’s leading manufacturer of Truck Bus Radial (TBR) and Light Truck Radial (LTR) tyres.
ms. He Xiaomei
Independent Director
Ms. Xiaomei has over three decades of experience in tyre product technology, process engineering, and large-scale EPC project execution. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Beijing University of Chemical Technology and a Master’s degree from the Beijing Rubber Industry Research and Design Institute.
Ms. Xiaomei expanded her expertise internationally, serving as a senior technical and management consultant in Thailand and leading EPC turnkey tyre projects in Central and South Asia. She played a key role in major international EPC contracts in Uzbekistan and Bangladesh, covering radial tyres, bias-ply tyres, and related rubber products. Currently, she serves as a Technical Consultant at China Chemical Engineering Guilin Engineering Co., Ltd., focusing on rubber industry engineering design and process technology for EPC projects.
Her work has been recognised with prestigious national and provincial awards, including a National Science and Technology Progress Second Prize, and the State Council Special Government Allowance Awarded in 2003.
Shahid Kardar
Independent Director
Mr. Kardar served as the Governor, State Bank of Pakistan, Minister for Finance, Planning & Development, Excise and Taxation, Industries & Mineral Development, Government of Punjab, Member of High-Level Panel on International Financial Accountability, Transparency and Integrity for Achieving SDGs 2030 Agenda, appointed by Presidents of UN General Assembly and ECOSOC, Vice Chancellor Beaconhouse National University, and Life-long Treasurer of Human Rights Commission, Pakistan Trust.
He has been: Member Board of Governors, Shaukat Khanum Memorial Trust Hospital; Director, Royal Bank of Scotland, Service Industries Limited, South Asia Free Media Association; Chairman Punjab Education Foundation that launched internationally acknowledged Programmes during his tenure, Member; National Commission for Government Reform, Banking Laws Review Commission, Advisory Board of Kashf; several Federal and Punjab Government Task Forces. He contributes regularly to journals and newspapers.
He is currently serving as Director of Social and Policy Development Centre and on the Board of Governors of Liaquat National Hospital.
Nasir Khosa
Independent Director
Mr. Nasir Mahmood Khan Khosa is a retired Pakistani civil servant from Dera Ghazi Khan, belonging to the Pakistan Administrative Service. With an outstanding civil service career, he has held some of the country’s most prestigious positions, including Principal Secretary to the Prime Minister of Pakistan, Chief Secretary of Punjab, and Chief Secretary of Baluchistan. He was promoted to Federal Secretary in 2010. After retiring from civil service, he served as Executive Director at the World Bank from 2013 to 2017.
Currently, Mr. Khosa is the Chairman of Pakistan Tobacco Company Limited, Government Holdings (Pvt.) Ltd. and a board member of Pak Brunei Investment Company.
