Omar Saeed
CEO / Director
Mr. Omar Saeed graduated with high honours from Brown University and did his Master’s in Business Administration from Harvard Business School. He is the Chief Executive Officer of Service Long March Tyres Limited and Servis Foundation. Mr. Saeed also serves as a Director on the Boards of Nestlé Pakistan Limited, Systems Limited, Service Industries Limited (SRVI), The Hunar Foundation, and Shalamar Hospital.
He previously served as the Chief Executive Officer of Service Industries Limited (from 2011 to 2018). Under his stewardship, SIL won the prestigious ”Pakistan Stock Exchange Top 25 Companies Award” multiple times.
Mr. Saeed is a serial entrepreneur and has established multiple businesses for the Servis Group over the past 20 years. His international experience includes working in Silicon Valley, establishing a manufacturing company in Sri Lanka, and setting up a retail company in Kenya.
He has recently been appointed as the Chairman of the Export Development Fund, a government entity tasked with supporting export-oriented industries in the country.
Zhang Xingyou
Director & Chief Marketing Officer
Mr. Zhang Xingyou is a graduate of Zhengzhou University, Henan, China, with a Bachelor’s degree in International Business, providing him a strong foundation in global trade and cross-border commercial operations. He has over 25 years of specialised experience in the tyre industry, primarily in the All-Steel Radial segment.
Before joining SLM, he held key leadership positions at Chaoyang Long March Tyre Co. Ltd., China, including Head of International Trading Department, where he expanded the "Long March" brand into over 140 countries, and Sales Representative, where he gained experience in domestic sales and supply chain logistics.
Since his appointment as a Director and CMO at SLM, Mr. Zhang has played a pivotal role in operationalising the joint venture. His contributions include adapting Chinese manufacturing standards to the Pakistani commercial vehicle market, establishing SLM’s nationwide dealers’ network, driving export growth, and leading the launch of TBR and LTR tyres, positioning SLM as the sole domestic manufacturer in these high-value categories.
Khizr Hayat
Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Hayat has over 18 years of professional experience across project management, plant operations, supply chain, and finance. He served as the Project Manager for SLM, overseeing the entire project from conceptual inception to successful commercial operations. Having been part of the Servis Group for over 16 years, he has held various leadership roles across both the tyre and footwear business segments, gaining multidisciplinary expertise that underpins his strategic approach to operations.
As SLM’s COO, Mr. Hayat has been instrumental in scaling operations and ensuring operational excellence. He led the technology transfer from Chaoyang Long March (China), ensuring the Nooriabad facility meets international standards for All-Steel Radial Truck and Bus tyres, and leveraged his experience from the project’s greenfield development to solidify SLM’s position as Pakistan’s sole manufacturer of TBR tyres.
Khurram Anwar
General Manager – Sales & Marketing
Khurram Anwar leads the national sales and marketing function at SLM Tires, driving market expansion, brand positioning, and revenue growth across Pakistan. With more than a decade of experience, he has built high-performing sales teams, developed strong distribution networks, and executed effective go-to-market strategies to strengthen market presence.
Before joining SLM Tires, Khurram held progressive sales leadership roles within the tyre, consumer goods, and distribution sectors, managing regions, dealer networks, and key accounts. He holds an MBA from Lahore School of Economics and a BSc (Hons) in Operations Management, Accounting, and Finance, and is known for translating market insights into scalable commercial success.
Atif Aziz
Chief Financial Officer
Atif Aziz is the Chief Financial Officer of SLM Tires, responsible for financial strategy, planning, budgeting, costing, compliance, and governance. With over 15 years of experience, he has led working capital optimisation, digital finance transformation, ERP-based reporting, and system-driven decision frameworks.
His prior experience spans large export-oriented textile and apparel manufacturing groups as well as professional services and audit environments, where he managed multi-billion-rupee operations, statutory reporting, and financial governance. A qualified Chartered Accountant (ICAP), Atif is recognised for strengthening financial controls and enabling sustainable business growth.
Xin Guoyi
Chief Technical Officer
Xin Guoyi is the Chief Technical Officer of SLM Tires, leading all technical, production, and R&D functions. A Polymer and Materials Engineering graduate from Shenyang Chemical University, he brings over 16 years of comprehensive experience across the full tyre production cycle, including compound development, process optimisation, and quality assurance.
He has spent more than 15 years working within the global tyre manufacturing industry, contributing to technology transfer, process stabilisation, and continuous improvement initiatives. At SLM Tires, Xin plays a critical role in maintaining world-class manufacturing standards, enhancing product performance, and driving technical innovation.
Hassan Shahid
General Manager – Human Resource & Administration
Hassan Shahid is a seasoned HR leader at SLM Tires, overseeing Human Resources, Administration, HSE, Compliance, and Security functions. With over 15 years of progressive experience, he drives people strategy, organisational development, HR digitsation, and governance frameworks to support sustainable growth and a high-performance culture.
Prior to his current role, Hassan gained extensive experience in large-scale manufacturing and retail organisations, managing workforce planning, compensation structures, industrial relations, and corporate HR operations. He holds an MBA in HR and a BBA (Hons) and is recognised for aligning human capital strategies with operational and business objectives.
Muhammad Abid Aleem
General Manager – Supply Chain
Muhammad Abid Aleem heads the Supply Chain function at SLM Tires, overseeing strategic sourcing, international procurement, logistics, warehousing, and inventory management. With more than 20 years of experience, he brings deep expertise in project procurement, large-scale imports, customs compliance, and end-to-end supply chain operations.
His career spans tyre manufacturing, engineering, EPC, energy, oil & gas, heavy engineering, and industrial manufacturing sectors, where he led greenfield projects, plant expansions, and complex technical procurement assignments. A PMP-certified professional and Metallurgical Engineer from UET, Lahore, Abid combines technical depth with strong execution capability.
Tahir Maqsood
Company Secretary
Tahir is a seasoned Chartered Governance professional with over 15 years of extensive experience in corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and corporate transactions. His expertise spans successful IPOs, de-mergers, rights issues, and complex compliance frameworks.
He is an affiliated Member of the Chartered Governance Institute, UK & Ireland, a fellow member of the Institute of Corporate Secretaries of Pakistan, and a CICA-certified professional from the Institute for Internal Controls, USA.
